STAFF AND USER TRAINING - Co LEARNING
Co-Learning is our professional approach to user training.
Our Consultants have extensive experience with Administrative
systems for Higher Educational Institutions, and your staff know
your specific institution.
We work together to get your staff trained on the specific
systems they will be using and a general understanding of the
overall implementation.
There are two groups we have to address:
Staff Those who are implementing the new system and those who
will be the power users of the systems. Users Those who will
use the new system for specific functions.
We use a mix of:
- Overview Introductions to Groups.
- Brain storming sessions with the Staff.
- Hands on Training with the users.
- Testing and Practice of what-ifs with the Staff and the User
related to their specific functions.
